RB Leipzig have agreed to sell Angelino to Hoffenheim on a season-long loan with a €20 million option to buy.
Angelinho has performed well during his 18-month loan from Manchester City before leaving the ufabet club last summer.
But this summer, Leipzig managed to grab a good left-back David Raum from Hoffenheim, causing the position of the Spanish footballer to shake. and was eventually released from the team.
Sky Germany reports Angelinho, who made 45 appearances last season. Will move to play for Hoffenheim on a season-long loan contract. with an absolute purchase condition of 20 million euros.
As confirmed by Fabrizio Romano, RB Leipzig and Hoffenheim have reached an agreement over the transfer of Angeliño.
The transfer will be a long loan deal until June 2023, with Hoffenheim having the option to buy the Galician full-back at the end of the season.
The two sides have settled on a fee of €20 million if Hoffenheim wishes to sign the 25-year-old permanently.
In the past, Angeliño was link with Barcelona. However, the Blaugrana never submitted a formal offer to sign him.
The A Coruña native came through the Deportivo La Coruña youth system before transferring to the Manchester City youth academy.
After a couple of loan spells in Spain and the Netherlands, he finally made his debut in the Premier League in 2019.
Angeliño never quite managed to break into the Manchester City starting XI. He moved on loan to RB Leipzig in January 2020 before the German side making his transfer permanent a year later.
